The TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) group of Cabot can help people meet their weight loss goals.

The group meets every Thursday at Concordia Visiting Nurses, 613 N. Pike Road in Jefferson Township. Weigh-ins are from 4:30 to 5 p.m. The meeting, which begins at 5 p.m., includes healthy programs to help with weight loss.
