Gladys Marie Black
Gladys Marie Black, 85, of Saxonburg passed away Monday at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born Feb. 9, 1932, in Butler County, she was the daughter of the late Williamand Lottie Wylie.
She was graduate of Winfield High School and the Allegheny School of Business. Marie worked at Aluminum Co. of America and Western Auto Supply Co. She retired as the credit manager for Haskell Manufacturing and also retired from Butler Auto Auction.
Marie was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church. She was fond of animals, especially her beloved bulldogs and Newfoundland.
Surviving are her son, Kent(Lucy) Roberts of Saxonburg; her granddaughter, Gwynne Roberts of Leesburg, Va.; and stepdaughter, Rhonda Stanley of Lake City, Fla.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Howard “Sonny” Wylie; and her husband, Ronald Black.
BLACK — There will be no visitation for Gladys Marie Black, who died Monday, April 10, 2017. The services will be private.
