Charles P. Barich
Charles P. “Chuck” Barich, 56, of Port Orange, Fla., was born April 5, 1959, in Plattsburg, N.Y., to Charles Nicholes Barich and the late Phyllis Barich (Dickson). He passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and dog, Angus, on Saturday.
Chuck was known as a man of tremendous generosity and hard work, a person always willing to help others in any need or trouble.
He worked for Wendy's International in the Pittsburgh area for 31 years.
He loved bowling and took great pride in once rolling a perfect 300 game. In recent years he enjoyed golfing with friends at Crane Lake resort in Port Orange, Fla. Chuck was always interested in history and loved to travel with family and friends especially enjoying the American West.
Chuck lived most of his life in Millvale and Slippery Rock, and he moved to Florida in 2013.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Bonnie (Baillie); his daughter, Bethany of Pittsburgh; his father, Charles N. Barich of Port Orange, Fla.; and his brother, Jay Barich of Plattsburgh, N.Y.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Charles P. Barich to the Mayo Clinic, Department of Development-Esophageal Cancer, 4500 San Pablo Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32246.
