The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has provided this report on the June 11 Eighty Four Livestock Auction.

CATTLE 196 — (Slaughter cows were 2.-3. lower; bulls were steady.)

Steers — Standard 1-2, one, 82.

Holstein steers — High choice and prime 2-3, one, 1445 lbs., 82.50; choice 2-3, one, 1560 lbs., 75.; select 1-2, one, 69.50; standard 1-2, few, 56.-63.

Heifers — Standard 1-2, two, 65. and 68.

Cows — Breakers, 75-80 percent lean, 55.50-61.; boners, 80-85 percent lean, 49.-55.; lean, 85-90 percent lean, 41.50-48.50. Shells 41. and down.

Bulls — Yield grade 1, 1145-1965 lbs., 66.-69., few 72.-73.; yield grade 2, 905-2490 lbs., 57.50-64.

Feeder cattle — Steers — Two, medium 1, 265 and 270 lbs., 120. and 121.; medium and large 2, 715-723 lbs., 97.-100. Heifers — Medium 1, 195-313 lbs., 100.-112.50; medium and large 2, 405-485 lbs., 87.50-104.; 510-765 lbs., 73.-100.
