Mary Kashlak Cheman

Mary Kashlak Cheman, 81, of Bairdford in West Deer Township, Allegheny County, died Thursday at the Grove City Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 14, 1926, in Bairdford and lived there her entire life.

Mrs. Cheman had worked at Pittsburgh Cut Flower for 25 years and retired in 1988.

She enjoyed attending and was involved in the West Deer Senior Citizens Center and the Slippery Rock Senior Citizens Center, which she attended the past 10 years while staying with her niece, Joanne Richendrfer. She enjoyed playing bingo.

Survivors include a brother, William Kashlak of Richland Township.

<B>CHEMAN</B> — Friends of Mary Kashlak Cheman, who died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the <B>SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME</B>, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with her nephew, the Rev. David Richendrfer, pastor of Grace Tabernacle Assembly of God Church of Slippery Rock, officiating. Private burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township, Allegheny County.
