Charles E. Yerkish
Charles E. Yerkish, 75, of Seven Fields, formerly of Fredericktown, Washington County, passed away Thursday morning at Paramount Senior Living in Adams Township.
Born on Feb. 2, 1940, in Brownsville, he was the son of the late Charles and Ada Tonetti Yerkish.
Charles was the director of data processing for the Intermediate Unit 1 for Washington, Fayette and Greene counties, and later he worked as a teller for the Meadows Racetrack and Casino.
He was a member of the St. Kilian Church and had been a member of the St. Oliver Plunkett Church in Fredericktown.
An avid golfer, he was a member of the Nemacolin Country Club.
Surviving are his daughter, Lesley Stofko and her husband, Christopher, of Seven Fields; his grandchildren, Libby, 12, Jonah, 10, and Eli, 8; his sister, Maddalena Frank and her husband, Tom, of Venetia; and his niece, Marci.

Yerkish, who passed away Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, are invited to a Mass of Christian burial at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the St. Kilian Church at the corner of Clark and Cherry Streets, Mars, with the Father Charles Bober, pastor, officiating.
