There is no significant difference overall in health care costs between states that have and have not enacted tort reforn, i.e. limiting one's seventh amendment rights. Tort reform has NOT held down health care costsin states where it has been enacted and I have no idea why you keep parroting that meme unless you have been brainwashed on the subject.
