Helen F. (Kelly) Leavy, 88, of Foxburg passed away early Thursday morning at the Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, Fla.

She was the mother of Richard Leavy of Parker.

Funeral arrangements are being completed by Buzard Funeral Home.
