Lou Downey scattered five hits over seven innings and Eric Dunn had a double and two RBI as Freeport II downed Freeport I 5-1 in Eagle County League action Friday night.

Both teams are now 2-2.

In other action:

• Ryan Fennell had two hits and two RBI and was the winning pitcher as Saxonburg downed Wexford 7-5.

Dustin Lalle added two singles and an RBI, Steve Hall a single and RBI and Dustin Hilgus a double, all for Saxonburg (4-1).

Wexford received a double, two singles and two RBI from T.J. Morgan, two singles and an RBI from Doug Wald and a double by Tim Merolillo.
