Karin and Kevin Bortmas in 1995

Kevin and Karin Bortmas, of Emlenton, will celebrate 30 years of marriage on Nov. 24, with a vacation in Nashville, Tenn., and a private dinner.

Bortmas married the former Karin Ostertag on Nov. 24, 1995, at City Hall in Lauingen, Germany.

Bortmas is a retired Air Force veteran, currently employed by DCSA Boyers.

Mrs. Bortmas is retired from the Office of Personnel Management, Boyers/East Butler.

The Bortmases enjoy the outdoors. Together, they have opened their home to many rescued dogs in need of a loving home.
