Jack Charles Warren, 66, of the Chicora Commons in Chicora passed away Sunday at the Hall of Honor Hospice at the VA Butler Healthcare following an illness.

Jack was born in Butler on April 8, 1950. He was the son of Jack C. and Stella Kuciak Warren.

Jack was a proud U.S. Army veteran and served his country during the War in Vietnam.
