Thomas Clem

Thomas Gordon Clem, 64, of Volant, passed away at his residence on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021.

He was born March 7, 1957, in Irwin, Pa., to Clayton Thomas Clem and Mary Jane Clem.

He was a commercial painter and had worked for Marc Anthony Construction in Pittsburgh.He was a graduate of Irwin High School in 1976, and was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.Tom was an avid fisherman and greatly enjoyed ice fishing.Survivors include his son, Michael Clem of Blairsville, Pa.; two grandchildren; his former wife, Deborah (Russ) Davis of Slippery Rock; his former wife, Carrie Bell; and two brothers, Jeff and Keith Clem of Irwin.He was preceded in death by his parents.CLEM — Family and friends of Thomas Gordon Clem, who died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021, will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021, at Smith Funeral Home, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.The service will held following the visitation at 6 p.m. and will be led by the Rev. James Lewis.
