BUFFALO TWP — Fab Four racing was rained out Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.

It will return Friday, May 2, at 7:30 p.m.

JACKSON TWP — Seneca Valley will host the 30th Annual All-District Track and Field Meet, open to all residents in the district in kindergarten through sixth grade, May 9 at NexTier Stadium.Registration will be from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Field events will begin at 6 and track events will follow.There is no charge for admission or to participate, though each participant is asked to donate one non-perishable food item at registration. These items will be given to local food cupboards.Students from Connoquenessing Valley, Rowan, Evans City and Haine are asked to see their physical education teachers for more details. Students who live in the district, but attend other schools are welcome.

CRANBERRY TWP — The Seneca Valley Junior Football Association of Cranberry will host the 2014 Don Holl Football Skills Camp July 21-24 at Graham Park.The event, which is open to boys entering grades 2-9, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. all four days.The camp’s goal is to have each camper improve his skills and learn to appreciate the sport of football in a non-contact setting.All positions — offensive, defensive and special teams — will receive attention from Holl and members of the Seneca Valley coaching staff as well as current Raider players.Cost is $125 per camper, though discounts are available if registered by Thursday ($15 off), June 1 ($10 off) and July 1 ($5 off).Register online at www.svraiderfootball.com.
