Anna M. Brown
Anna M. Brown, 84, of North Duffy Road, Butler, died Monday in the VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born Oct. 10, 1926, in Weirton, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Homer Redd and Nellie (Glass) Redd.
Mrs. Brown is survived by one son, Dennis B. Brown and his wife, Linda, of Pittsburgh; one daughter, Linda C. (Brown) Stacy and her husband, Gene, of Columbus, Ohio; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Homer “Bud” (Fran) Redd of Ligonier; and one sister, Lois (Bud) Blymiller of Butler.
Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Charles C. Brown, who she married Nov. 21, 1947, and who passed away Feb. 1, 2005; and also by one sister, Eleanor (Ronald) Markham.
<B>BROWN </B>— Friends of Anna M. Brown, who died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, will be received at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Services will be at the funeral home Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Matthew Kail of Muddy Creek United Presbyterian Church officiating.
