JACKSON TWP — Firefighters have just recently cleared the scene of a trailer fire on Tillack Lane, and Harmony Fire District assistant Chief Brian Dambauch said a state police fire marshal has been called to investigate.

Dambauch said the fire, which was reported shortly after 6 a.m. today by a passer-by, wasn't believed to be suspicious and requesting a fire marshal's investigation was routine.

He said the fire consumed an unoccupied trailer on Tillack Lane, which is a small road off Lindsey Road. An exact address for the structure wasn't immediately available.

Dambauch said no one was at the trailer at the time of the fire, and it's owners primarily used it “for recreational purposes.”

The fire drew three companies — Harmony, Evans City and Cranberry — and Dambauch said firefighters were just returning to their stations as of 9 a.m. Saturday.
