Roger Ray Campbell
Roger Ray Campbell, 65, of Hilliards passed away Thursday surrounded by his family at VNA Inpatient Hospice.
Born Oct. 12, 1951, in Butler, he was the son of Charles Ray Campbell and the late Betty Irene Deal.
Roger was a test cell operator for G.E. Transportation Systems in Grove City for 38 years, retiring in 2009. He was a member of the Parker City Allegheny Valley Lodge 521 F&AM. Roger was an avid turkey and deer hunter and had won several turkey calling competitions. He enjoyed restoring antique cars and tinkering in his garage. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Cathy Cutruzzula Snyder Campbell, who he married June 2, 2012; his father, Charles Ray Campbell; his son, Cody Aaron Campbell of Madison, Wis.; his stepsons, Greg (Beth) Snyder of Brimfield, Ohio, and Matt (Gretchen) Snyder of Kent, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nolan, Mason, Julia, Gwen and June; his brother, Randy L. (Linda) Campbell of West Sunbury; two nieces; many cousins; and many devoted hunting buddies.
In addition to his mother, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Lee Campbell.
CAMPBELL — The family of Roger Ray Campbell, who died Thursday, April 27, 2017, will welcome friends from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.A funeral ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev.
