Minto, Collins
An Oct. 20 wedding is being planned by Megan Minto of Renfrew and Shawn Collins of Connoquenessing.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Marnita Minto of Renfrew. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Kathy and Robert Allison of Butler, Virginia Collins of Chicora and the late William Collins.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 Graduate of Edinboro University with a bachelor’s and certification in nuclear medicine.
She will be attending Butler County Community College’s nursing program in the fall.
She is employed by the Butler Department of Veteran Affairs as well as UPMC St. Margaret in Pittsburgh as a phlebotomist.
Her fiance graduated in 2002 from Butler High School and in 2012 from Butler County Community College with an associate’s in computer networking and PC support.
He is employed with Verizon FiOS in Robinson as a fiber solutions analyst.
