A Butler dentistry is offering free dental care to veterans, active duty service members and their families Friday, Oct. 10, to celebrate Freedom Day USA.

Pearl Dentistry is hosting the event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in its downtown Butler office at 121 S. Main St. led by doctors Matthew Weiss and Xiaozhu Sue Chu.

“We moved to our new location in downtown Butler so we could serve more people and be at the heart of this community,” Weiss said. “Hosting Freedom Day here is a perfect reflection of why we made that move — to create a welcoming space where we can give back to the veterans and families who have sacrificed for our freedoms.”

“Freedom Day is a small way we can say thank you,” Sue Chu added. “It is an honor to care for the veterans and military families of Butler who have given so much for all of us.”

Freedom Day USA is a national nonprofit that unites businesses and community groups to provide services and goods for veterans, active military and their families.
