An Evans City-based candle company will be hosting a dinner and Bluegrass band performance Sunday, Oct. 19, to benefit three local charities.

The event, which will be held at the Glen Eden Barn, 229 Dufford Road in Forward Township, will include a performance by the Backwoods Bluegrass Band.

The event will be in conjunction with The Crabapple Hollow Comfort and Peace Outreach Initiative, Jennie’s Home and Isaiah 117 House Butler.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be offered starting at 4 p.m., while dinner and the show will begin at 5 p.m. Additional beverages will be available for purchase from Webb Winery.
