Karns City students celebrate learning with ‘Rock your school week’

Karns City Area Elementary School celebrated "Rock Your School Week" on Friday, Oct. 3. with a celebrity kickball tournament, where students faced off against their teachers in a spirited game.
Adding to the fun, the Pirate Parrot, mascot of the Pittsburgh Pirates, made a special appearance.
The day also featured a variety of fun-filled activities designed to inspire learning in creative ways.
