Pgh. elevator company sold
FARMINGTON, Conn. — Otis Elevator says it acquired Marshall Elevator, a 193-year-old privately owned elevator company based in Pittsburgh.
Terms of the acquisition, which was announced on Tuesday, were not disclosed. In 2011, Otis has completed 12 acquisitions, including a city-owned elevator service company in St. Petersburg, Russia, and a company in the Czech Republic.
