Josie Russo knocked down 12 kills, her fifth time reaching double figures this season, in Butler County Community College women’s volleyball’s 3-0 sweep of the Community College of Allegheny County on Wednesday.

No. 7 BC3 is now 11-0 after the 25-13, 25-9, 25-12 win. Anora Robare recorded a career-high five aces, plus dished out 23 assists.

SRU field hockey falls to Ship

Undefeated No. 2 Shippensburg shut out Slippery Rock field hockey 4-0 on Friday. Three of the four goals came in the second half. SRU fell to 3-2.
