Robert C. "Bob" Massier, 64, a longtime resident of Naperville, Ill., died June 27 at his home.

He was born Sept. 30, 1945.

Bob is survived by two children, Robert M. (Christina) Massier of Naperville and Michelle (Joe) Taylor of Butler; a granddaughter, Megan Kosar of Butler; two brothers, Ronald (Felicia) Massier of Plano, Ill., and Richard (Phyllis) Massier of Wisconsin; several nieces and nephews, including Shannon (David) Wright and family; and his former spouse, Gail (née Mayers) Root of Green Bay, Wis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Betty (née Benson) Massier, and a brother, Pete Massier.

Bob was a graduate of the Naperville Community High School.

He enjoyed spending time with his dogs, Logan and Riley.
