NEW YORK — Cardi B is pregnant with her fourth child. It will be her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, the New England Patriots' wide receiver.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper revealed the news Wednesday in an interview with Gayle King on “CBS Mornings.”

“I'm excited. I'm happy,” she told King. “I feel like I'm in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work. But I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby, me and my man, we’re very supportive of each other.”

She added that she and Diggs are in similar positions because they're both ambitious and are some of “the greatest” in their respective fields.

Cardi B also said that Diggs makes her feel safe. “I mean, like, two weeks ago I was literally having a panic attack. I was, like, crying and crying and crying, just because I was just getting really nervous with you know, the whole album rollout,” she said, referring to her forthcoming sophomore album, “Am I the Drama?” out Friday. ““People were coming at me very hard. You know, sometimes people love you, people hate you. And people was just saying very mean things about me.

“He makes me feel very confident,” she added. “Feeling safe is feeling confident.”

Cardi B has three children from her previous marriage with the rapper Offset: daughters Blossom, 1, and Kulture, 7, and son Wave, 4. Diggs also has a daughter from a previous relationship, Nova, who was born in 2016.

In 2024, Cardi B announced that she filed for divorce from Offset.

They were secretly wed in September 2017 in Atlanta. They only announced their engagement a month later. In 2020, Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset, claiming their marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

Police: Suspect arrested in Atlanta auto break-in and theft of Beyoncé's unreleased music

ATLANTA — A suspect has been arrested in a July auto break-in that a dancer and a choreographer touring with Beyoncé′ said resulted in the theft of the singer’s unreleased music, Atlanta police said Tuesday

Police identified the suspect as Kelvin Evans and said he was booked into jail on charges of entering a vehicle with the intent to commit theft and a parole violation. Online jail records for metro Atlanta's Fulton County did not list an attorney for Evans.

Beyoncé’s choreographer, Christopher Grant, and dancer Diandre Blue were traveling with the singer for concerts in Atlanta when they called police on July 8 to report the break-in. They said someone smashed a window in their rental vehicle and stole two suitcases while they were at a restaurant nearby.

Grant told police he had been “carrying some personal sensitive information” for Beyoncé. The police report said the stolen items included two Apple laptops and five thumb drives that included “unreleased music” along with other digital files related to Beyoncé's tour.

Atlanta police spokesman Anthony Grant said in an email Tuesday that none of the items have been recovered.

Jaden Smith is moving to Paris as men's creative director for Christian Louboutin

Fashion-forward Jaden Smith has been hired as men's creative director by Christian Louboutin and is moving to Paris, according to a report.

In a lengthy story with Louboutin and Smith confirming the news, Women's Wear Daily said the founder of the red-sole shoe brand will continue to oversee his men's division while the 27-year-old Smith will be in charge on the creative side of shoes, leather goods and accessories, along with developing campaigns, events and immersive experiences.

Smith will present his first designs in Paris in January during men's fashion week. He'll oversee four collections a year.

“This is the one of the biggest honors of my life, and I feel a lot of pressure to be able to live up to everything that Christian has done for the house, and also stepping into such a serious role,” said the actor and rapper who is the son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Louboutin said Smith was the only candidate for the job.

Smith's appointment, Louboutin said, will leave him room to grow his women’s business. He hopes to leverage Smith's star power and nearly 20 million Instagram followers to perk up the men's category. It accounts for 24% of the business but has been experiencing declines.

“He has a way of seeing things, of digesting things, of transforming that really connects with my way of functioning,” Louboutin said.
