Dorothy E. Mosco, 72, of Cabot passed away Friday at Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born on Feb. 16, 1941, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Edward Anthony Scherder and Mary Virginia Cooper Scherder.

Dorothy was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot.

Surviving are her husband, John Mosco, who she married on Aug. 9, 1958; her children, Mary, John Jr., Steve, Lori and Tony; her siblings, Ed and Carol; her 14 grandchildren; and her nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Violet.

MOSCO — The friends of Dorothy E. Mosco, who passed away Friday, Nov. 29, 2013, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Cabot, with Father Ward Stakem officiating.
