BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani is planning his first campaign visit to the Lehigh Valley.

He is scheduled to attend a private fund raiser in Bethlehem Township on Nov. 26.

A campaign spokesman said a public appearance or news conference also is likely.

The noon event will be a $1,000-per person luncheon hosted at the home of plastic surgeon Atul Amin and his wife, Patrice. The event will be hosted by Republican Congressman Charlie Dent.

Pennsylvania's primary election is scheduled for late April 2008.
