Floyd A. DiTullio

Floyd A. DiTullio, 87, of Butler passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Feb. 1, 1930, in Butler, he was a son of the late Angelo and Clara Pasqualichio DiTullio.

He retired from Pullman Standard, where he had been employed as a draftsman. He had also formerly worked at Callery Chemical Co., where he met his wife and some of his best friends.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served in the Korean War as an aircraft mechanic.

Floyd was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

He is survived by two sons, W. Michael DiTullio and his wife, Sandra Lynn, of Newfield, N.J., and Mark D. DiTullio and his wife, Renee, of Lower Burrell, Pa.; two sisters, Marie Holom of Butler and Rose Mae Boster of California; and one granddaughter, Samantha DiTullio of Newfield, N.J.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Nuth DiTullio, who died Sept. 30, 2011; one brother, Michael DiTullio; and one sister, Alice DiTullio.

DITULLIO — Friends of Floyd A. DiTullio, who died Friday, April 14, 2017, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. Burial will take place at St. Michael's Cemetery.The bereavement group of St. Michael the Archangel Parish will meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home to conduct a scriptural wake service.For more information, visit www.martinfh.net.
