The annual Trash to Treasure Sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 5 and 6 at Mars United Presbyterian Church, 232 Crowe Ave., Mars. It will be hosted by the Women’s Club of Mars and Mars United Presbyterian Church, making the sale twice as large as it was last year.

Donations can be dropped off in the Fellowship Hall prior to the sale from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Aug. 28 and Friday 29 and Sept. 3; and from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 and Sept. 2.

Items that will not be accepted include clothing, exercise equipment, broken or damaged items, tube TVs, malfunctioning electronics and printers.
