Hailey Metzger scored 25 points Wednesday night as the Butler County Community College women’s basketball team defeated Westmoreland CC, 76-54.

Aslyn Pry produced 20 points, 20 rebounds and eight assists for the Pioneers (4-5, 0-1). Zoey Hillwig scored 13 points and Emma Monteleone contributed 10 points and six assists. Taylor Yost grabbed 11 rebounds.

BC3 returns to action Friday against Jamestown Community College. The women’s game is at 5 p.m., the men’s game at 7 p.m.
