With Butler Italian Days coming to town Friday, Aug. 22, and Saturday, Aug. 23, parking restrictions and road closures will be ongoing throughout the event.

Butler police said no parking will be permitted from noon until 11 p.m. on Friday on Main Street between Wayne and Cunningham streets. The section will be closed to traffic between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.

On Saturday, the same section of Main Street will have no parking between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and will be closed to traffic between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.

No parking will be allowed on East Diamond Street from noon Friday until 10 p.m. Saturday.

Butler police advised using McKean and Washington streets as a detour.
