Leslie Gunn Cook
Leslie Gunn Cook, 70, of Butler Township, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2025.
Born June 2, 1955, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Charles Alvin Gunn and Florence Mae (Connors) Gunn.
Leslie was an avid gardener and a yearly Blue Ribbon winner at the Butler Farm Show. In her free time, she also enjoyed hiking and cooking. She held many titles in life, but Mimi was the one she treasured most, finding her deepest happiness in her two grandsons, Kelly and Shane, the lights of her life.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Shannon Cook (Josh Lantzy) and Katie Mullin (Ian); her two grandsons, Kelly and Shane; her companion, Norm Wirth; her sister, Sue Gunn LaCava (Paul); her nieces, Julie Hudak and Kristi McGinty (Sean); her great-niece, Alexa Hudak; and numerous close first cousins, whom Leslie considered brothers and sisters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Norbert Hudak.
