PENN HILLS — Authorities say an autopsy done on the body of boy found dead at the bottom of a pool has not yet determined a cause of death.

A spokesman for the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s office said that more tests are being done in the case of 11-year-old Christopher Myers.

Friends pulled the boy from the pool at the Rosedale Beach Club in Penn Hills at about 2:30 p.m. Friday. He was pronounced dead three hours later in Children’s Hospital in Lawrenceville.

Community members gathered Saturday for a Mass to mourn the boy. He was a fifth-grader at St. Joseph School in Verona.
