Joe, this the final link I am sending to prove you wrong. Your definition of "inherited" is rather strange. If someone pays for a child's college education, that is called being a parent. If your father pays for your first car, that is called being a parent. What's next? A birthday present is an inheritance?
Yes, I live in upscale Scottsdale, but Cass will vouch for the fact that I am hardly "rich" I simply believe that if you earned(or inherited) your money, it's yours. Not the Feds. If I choose to donate or give money to the less fortunate(which I do), it is by choice, not force. The USA is a competitive country, and the opportunity to be successful is for the taking providing you value education, hard work, and perseverance.
