Russ T. Shay
Russ T. Shay, 57, of Volant, passed away Tuesday at Allegheny General Hospital.
He was born April 28, 1959, in Butler, the son of Russell C. Shay, of Slippery Rock, and the late Sally Gardner Shay.
Russ was a stay-at-home father and a dedicated husband. He saw the good in everyone and loved unconditionally. His goal in life was to make his wife and daughter laugh every day.
Surviving along with his father are his wife, Tarri Glenn Shay, of Volant, who he married April 28, 1995; his daughter, Lauren Shay, of Volant; two sisters, Tammy (Ted) Glasgow, of West Sunbury, and Tina (Charlie) Flinn, of Slippery Rock; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother; his brother, Laurence Shay; and his nephew, Connor Flinn.
