Munah S. Hashim Pavlik, 52, of Slippery Rock passed away Thursday at VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.

She was the daughter of Salah Osman Hashim and Mahada Hashim. She married Lawrence David “Larry” Pavlik on Aug. 23, 1984, and he resides at home.

Hashim Pavlik, who died Thursday will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.A funeral Mass will be observed at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 670 S. Main St., Slippery Rock, with the Rev. Father Robert Seeman presiding. Interment will be at St. Anthony Cemetery in Harrisville.
