Beck

Michael Beck, 61, of Butler, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025.

He was born in Butler on June 24, 1964, to the late George Beck and Margaret “Mary” Cousins.

Michael attended Butler High School. He was known for being a hard worker, having a good sense of humor and had a heart of gold, he was always there for anyone in need. Michael enjoyed watching the Steelers and cowboy movies, playing and spending time with his dogs, and hanging out with his friends. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and his family.

Michael was the beloved husband of Thrissa (Fair) Beck since their marriage on Aug. 24, 2013; father of Tiffany Parsons; stepfather of Sierra Cranmer; and brother of Mary Fleeger, Alice (Gordon) Winchester and Thomas (Pam) Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his stepfather, William Parker Sr.; and George Beck Jr., Stephen Beck and William Parker Jr.

BECK — All arrangements for Michael Beck, who died Friday, July 25, 2025, were made privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

Funeral prayers will be held at noon Sunday, Aug. 17, at the funeral home.
