The VA Butler Healthcare System invites local veterans and their families to the Summer Vet Fest on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Abie Abraham VA Health Care Center on North Duffy Road.

The Vet Fest will be marked by a C-17 flyover from the 911th Airlift Wing at noon, and will also feature fire extinguisher training and Reiki demonstrations. The VA will also provide information on programs and services available to veterans.

The event also features a Veteran Creative Arts festival, with “Artists in Action” demonstrations and exhibits by veteran artists.
