Mary Diane Bonetti, 85, of Renfrew, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, at her residence.

She was born March 14, 1940, in Butler, to the late John and Mary (Lester) Tray.

Diane graduated from Butler High School in 1958. She went on to work for Butler Memorial Hospital as a medical records specialist until retiring in 2000. Diane was a lifetime member of All Saints Parish, St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. She also was a member of the Red Hats and volunteered at the Butler Memorial Hospital gift shop.

Diane enjoyed playing cards with her card club, traveling and going to plays, as well as spending time with her loving family. She also was an animal person who enjoyed spending time with her pets.

She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Robert A. Bonetti, whom she married on May 25, 2002; her six children, Patricia (Joe) Ritson, Stephen (Lisa) Noel, Sean Noel, Jacqueline (Allen) Wolfe, Robert (Noelle) Noel and Michael Noel; her two stepchildren, Robert (Dana) Bonetti Jr. and Kimberly (Carl) Steele; her 17 grandchildren; her 18 great-grandchildren; her three siblings, Andrea Sleigh, Patrick (Sumiko) Tray and Joseph (June) Tray; as well as by her numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother, William Tray.

BONETTI — A visitation for Mary Diane Bonetti, who died Sunday, July 27, 2025, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 31, at THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, at All Saints Parish, St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St., Butler, with Father John Baver officiating.

A committal service will then be held at Butler County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Diane’s memory to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Butler, PA 16001, butlercountyhs.org.
