Mardelle E. Tallean
Mardelle E. Tallean, 67, of Palmyra passed away Friday at Doyles-town Hospital.
Born Aug. 18, 1949, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late John and Rita Garlick Driver; the widow of Stephen Tallean since October 2015; and she also was preceded in death by her sisters, Denise and Sissy.
She retired from Laboratory Corporation of America in Raritan, N.J., and advocated for better treatment of nursing home patients.
Surviving are her son, Stephen, husband of Susanna Tallean of Stewartsville, N.J.; her daughter, Stacey, wife of Scott Merlo of Palmyra; her brother, Daniel Driver of Clearville; her sisters, Charlotte Klein of Clarion and Regina Rendon of Orange, Texas; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
TALLEAN — A viewing for Mardelle E. Tallean, who died Friday, March 3, 2017, will be from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. today at the Buse Funeral Home, 145 N.
