John Polochak
John Polochak, 91, of Cranberry Township died Tuesday at UPMC Cranberry Place.
Born June 6, 1914, in Canonsburg, the son of George and Mary Leukus Polochak.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
Mr. Polochak was a former member of the Cranberry Township Senior’s Group and enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by two sons, Allen J. Polochak and his wife, Mary, of Portersville and Donald G. Polochak and his wife, Renee, of Clairmont, N.C.; two daughters, Alice J. Smith and her husband, Jim, of Gibsonia and Mary G. Bevan and her husband, Donald, of Wexford; and a brother, Henry Polochak of Chicago. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Keller Polochak, who died Aug. 29, 2004; four brothers; and two sisters.
POLOCHAK — Friends of John Polochak, who died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the GLENN-KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.
