Francis “Fran” Louis Greco, 88, of Harrison City, passed away peacefully at his home Friday, July 11, 2025. Born on April 21, 1937, in North Braddock, he was the son of the late Angelo Greco and Philomena (Sartorelli) Antrilli. He also was preceded in death by his stepfather, Philip Antrilli; and siblings, Virginia Rich, Albert Greco, Helen Cologrande and Joe Antrilli.

Fran is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Barbara (Fox) Greco; three loving daughters, Francine (Michael) Stahanczyk of Ohio, Angela (Michael) Babich of Harmony and Kathleen (David) Zierski of Manor, Pa. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, Alexandra, Olivia, Jack, Brinna, Tyler Elise and Benjamin. He also is survived by siblings, Rosemarie “Tootsie” Burkovich, Dennis Antrilli, Hilda Connolly and Edie Wtorkiewicz; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Fran was a faithful member of Immaculate Conception Church in Irwin. He was formerly an altar boy at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Braddock and later served as an usher, Eucharistic minister and Eucharistic minister to the sick at St. Michael the Archangel Church in Butler.

A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Fran lived a life of dedication to faith, family and service. He loved gardening, traveling to Italy, square dancing and, above all, spending time with his family and grandchildren.

GRECO — Family and friends of Francis “Fran” Louis Greco, who died Friday, July 11, 2025, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, at OTT FUNERAL HOME, 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin, Pa.

Prayers of transfer will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, in the funeral home, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Irwin.

Burial will follow at Braddock Catholic Cemetery in Braddock.
