With heavy hearts, the family of George Schaffner Jr., 59, of Butler, announce his passing on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

George Schaffner Jr. will be remembered for his talented carpentry skills and love of playing cards.

George Schaffner Jr. is survived by his daughters, Desiree Newman and Shayla Schaffner; his parents, Patricia (Kenneth) Orloski and George (Patricia) Schaffner Sr.; and his brothers, Nick (Chalace) Schaffner and Brian Schaffner.

SCHAFFNER — In honor of his memory, a private service will be held for family and close friends of George Schaffner Jr., who died Saturday, July 5, 2025. He will be missed.
