Richard Paul Lehman
Richard Paul Lehman, 73, of Portersville died Tuesday evening in the emergency room at the Ellwood City Hospital.
Born July 30, 1932, in Meridian, he was the son of Paul Edwin and Sarah Mae Watson Lehman.
He was a member of the Portersville Bible Church, where he had been an elder.
Mr. Lehman formerly served on the Slippery Rock School Board and the Muddy Creek Township Planning Commission.
He had worked at the Mathews Conveyor Co. in Ellwood City for 20 years He then owned and operated Richard Lehman Enterprises, where he had florist shops in Zelienople, Slippery Rock and Portersville.
He enjoyed hunting, golfing and lawn work.
Surviving are his wife, Helen E. Potts Lehman, who he married May 9, 1953; a son, James E. Lehman of Wexford; a daughter, Mrs. Larry A. (Charlotte) Kriess of Ocklawaha, Fla.; two grandsons; four granddaughters; and 12 great-grandchildren. A brother, Charles Lehman of New Castle; two nephews, and a niece also survive.
<B>LEHMAN</B> — Friends of Richard Paul Lehman, who died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the EDWARD L. RAISLEY FUNERAL HOME, 387 Main St., Prospect.
