In loving memory of Nancy Preston who passed away 25 years ago today, July 10th

My mom was just not “mom”, she was my best friend and my greatest teacher. She showed me how to find joy in simple things, strength in hard times and love in every moment.

Her kindness was her greatest gift. Mom believed in living life to its fullest. She loved simple pleasures - golfing with Dad, baking, her garden, and pretty much anything that took her outside.

Although my heart aches every single day, I feel like I am the luckiest person alive to have had her as my mom.

She shaped the person I am today, and I pray every day that I have made her proud.

Until we meet again.
