A July 23 wedding is being finalized by Rachel Phillips of Portersville and Mark Witterman of Aliquippa.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ralph and Sandy Phillips of Portersville. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Howard and Cherie Witterman of Aliquippa.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Beaver County Christian School and a 2002 graduate of Geneva College. She works for the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé is a 1993 graduate of Hopewell School District and a 1998 graduate of Geneva College. He works for Hopewell High School in Aliquippa.
