An Oct. 9 wedding is being planned by Shannon Stetzer and Brian Biddle, both of Lewis Center, Ohio.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Gary and Bev Stetzer of Black River Falls, Wis. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Edward and Barbara Biddle of West Sunbury.

The bride-elect graduated in 1995 from Black River Falls High School and in 1999 from Winona State University, earning a bachelor of science degree and in 2000 from Ohio State University, earning a master's degree. She works for Batelle in Columbus, Ohio.

Her finance graduate in 1998 from Moniteau High School and in 2001 from Muskingum College, earning a bachelor's degree. He also works for Batelle in Columbus.
