A May 30 wedding is being planned by Kristin Rortvedt and David Sabolcik Jr., both of Albuquerque, N.M.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Jean Rortvedt of Henning, Minn. Mother of the prospective bridegroom is Lanette Lower of Butler.

The bride-elect graduated in Henning in 1991 and in 1995 from Minnesota State University - Moorehead. She works for the Girl Scouts of Chaparral Council in Albuquerque.

Her fiancé graduated in 1993 from Butler High School, in 1998 from Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor's degree and in 2000 from John Carroll University, receiving a master's degree. He works of the University of New Mexico Lobo Club.
