Norman Edwin 'Ed' Brison

Norman Edwin "Ed" Brison, 76, of Clinton Township died Saturday at UPMC Passavant.

Born Sept. 17, 1931, in Saltsburg, he was the son of Thomas Edward Brison and Jane Whittaker Brison.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

He worked at the Butler County Mushroom Farm, and the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad. He owned and operated Brison Auto Repair for 35 years and also worked at the Butler Auto Auction as an arbitrator.

Mr. Brison was a member of the Clinton United Presbyterian Church.

He enjoyed history, was a Civil War buff and enjoyed electronics.

He is survived by his wife, Glenna Miller Brison, whom he married on Sept. 27, 1952; three daughters, Linda (Stephen) Smith of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Fay (John) Batchelder of Post Falls, Idaho, and Kay (Leonard) Suzelis of Lake Milton, Ohio; a brother, Thomas C. (Joan) Brison of Kittanning; a sister, Dorothy (Glenn) Powell of Kittanning; ten grandchildren, Chad and Christy Smith, Zachary, Rachel and Joel Batchhelder, Kathleen Suzelis, Holly Costas, Natalie, Nadia, and Nicholas Suzelis; and a great-grandson.

<B>Brison</B> — Friends of Norman Edwin "Ed" Brison, who died on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the <B>Fox Funeral Home</B>, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Clinton United Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in Clinton Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
