2 NexTier Bank executives named to state Banker’s Association
Two executives from Butler-based NexTier Bank have been named to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association‘s 2025-26 board of directors.
Clem Rosenberger, CEO of NexTier Bank, has been named to the board as part of its policy committee. Brian Dutton — who serves as executive vice president, chief operating officer and general counsel for NexTier Bank — also will serve on the board.
The 2025-26 service year runs from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
