Debbie Amendolea
Debbie A. Amendolea, 70, of West Sunbury, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital.
She was born March 19, 1955, in Natrona Heights, the daughter of the late Donald and Martha Elizabeth (Catchpole) Gardner.
Debbie was a member of the Free Methodist Church. She graduated from Apollo High School and attended Citizens General Hospital Nursing School. Debbie had been a senior accountant at Westinghouse. She enjoyed cross stitching and crocheting, having done caps for kids and lap robes for the VA.
Surviving are her husband, Lonny G. Amendolea, of West Sunbury; three sons, Lonny G. (Stacey) Amendolea Jr., of Florida, James L. (Jennifer) Amendolea, of Oklahoma, and Dion Robbins, of North Carolina; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Barb (Dave) Wilmot and Carla Kunkle, both of Apollo; brother, Bernie (Marilyn) Miller, of Apollo; sisters-in-law, Shelby Miller and Vivian Gardner, both of Apollo; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gary Gardner and Bruce Miller; and her stepfather, Howard B. Miller.
AMENDOLEA — A memorial service for Debbie A. Amendolea, who died Wednesday, June 25, 2025, will be held at 10 a.m. July 12, 2025, at the Free Methodist Church, 1027 Route 56, Apollo, Pa.
Burial will be private.
